Watchlist, Sold and Deleted: tracking watched, sold and removed vehicles
Watch any VIN with the same rank and price advice, review what sold and when, marked by your team or detected by us, and restore removed cars with their notes.
Which cars am I deciding on, what already left the lot, and what did someone remove? Watchlist, Sold and Deleted track watched, sold and removed vehicles in one place, next to the live Inventory table. None of it touches your website or your feed.
Watchlist holds the cars you are focused on. The eye icon Add to watchlist on any Inventory row sends a car here, and it keeps the same rank and price advice it had in Inventory. Add Vehicle lets you watch any VIN, including a car you do not own yet. My Vehicles, All Company and Team Member switch between your own list, the whole store and one or more colleagues.
Sold is your sold cars report. A car lands here when you click Mark as sold in Inventory, or when we see it drop off your listings. Total Sold, Avg Sale Price and the Manual against Auto-detected ring follow the 1W, 1M, 3M, 1Y and source buttons. Each row shows Price, Odometer, Sold Date, Notes and a MANUAL or SYSTEM badge.
Deleted keeps cars you removed by hand, so nothing is lost by accident. Restore puts a car straight back into Inventory with its notes, Delete Forever erases it after you confirm, and the top tick box selects the whole list for Restore Selected.
A Monday routine: open Sold on 1W to see what left last week and at what asking price, then check Watchlist. For example, three trade-ins still in appraisal can sit there and show where each would rank before it is stocked. Cars come in through Add vehicles.

Frequently asked questions
Can I watch a VIN I do not own yet?
Yes. Click Add Vehicle on the Watchlist tab and enter any VIN, for example a trade-in you are still appraising or a car at auction. It gets the same local rank and price advice as a car in your Inventory, so you can see where it would sit before you buy it. The green check, Remove from watchlist, takes it off again.
How does a car get into the Sold tab?
Two ways. Your team clicks Mark as sold on an Inventory row, which gives the car a MANUAL badge. Or we notice the car has dropped off your listings and mark it sold automatically, which gives it a SYSTEM badge. The Manual, Auto-detected and All buttons let you show either group or both; Manual is the default.
What does the sold cars report show for my dealership?
For the period you pick with 1W, 1M, 3M or 1Y, the Sold tab shows Total Sold, Avg Sale Price and a Manual against Auto-detected split, then each car with its Price, Odometer, Sold Date and Notes. The price is the last listed price on the day the car was marked sold, not a transaction price. Click any row to see the competitors it had.
How do I restore a deleted vehicle?
Open the Deleted tab, find the car and click Restore; it goes straight back into Inventory with its notes intact. Tick the top box to select every car in the list and use Restore Selected to bring back many at once. Delete Forever, and Delete Selected Forever, erase a car for good after you confirm.
Why can I not remove a car that came from my feed?
The trash icon, Remove from inventory, works only on cars you added by hand, by VIN or by file. Cars that arrive from your listings feed follow your live inventory, so they leave on their own once they are no longer advertised. If one of them has sold, use Mark as sold instead and it moves to the Sold tab.
See it on your own inventory
A demo runs on your live listings, not a sample lot: your cars, the competitors around your store, and the target price for each one.
