How these numbers are built

Averages are computed from live US dealer listings (new and pre-owned) in VinAssessment's database, comparing the latest available snapshot of each month. Only model/year combinations with at least 100 active listings in both months are ranked. Journalists and analysts may cite these figures freely as “VinAssessment Market Report, August 2026” with a link to this page.
