Can I use a dealer plan to build a product, a feed, or an AI model?

No — dealer plans are licensed for a dealership's own operations. If you are building a product on our data, redistributing it to your customers, or training a model, you need a data licence. Those are priced on datasets, volume, term, and rights, and licences typically start in the mid five figures. Start with a free sample: Data Licensing →

Can I bundle products?

Yes. Combine any two or more dealer products and we'll build a custom quote tailored to your inventory size, rooftop count, and seat needs. Bundles start at 15% off the sum of individual plans. Get a bundle quote.

What's the trial period?

Inventory Analytics, Vehicle Reports, and Window Stickers include a 14-day free trial; the Chrome Extension includes a 7-day free trial. No credit card required to start. You'll get full access to the tier you pick — including all features and the full data feed.

Do you offer annual discounts?

All plans on this page are billed monthly. If you'd rather commit annually, talk to us — we'll put together an annual quote with a discount that reflects your volume.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Plans cancel at the end of the current billing period — no fees, no questions. You keep full access until the period you paid for ends.

Do you sign BAA, MSA, or DPA agreements?

For Enterprise and Data Sets customers we sign Master Service Agreements (MSA) and Data Processing Agreements (DPA) on request. Our standard Terms of Service and Privacy Policy already cover most dealer use cases.

BAA (HIPAA) is not applicable to automotive data. If your legal team requires custom redlines, talk to us.

Do you offer enterprise or multi-rooftop pricing?

Yes. Inventory Analytics Enterprise is priced per dealership rooftop; multi-rooftop organizations require a group plan. Pricing scales with rooftop count and total inventory volume — contact sales for a quote.

What's your refund policy?

If something's broken on our side and we can't fix it within a reasonable window, we'll refund the affected billing period. We don't offer general "I changed my mind" refunds — that's what the 14-day free trial is for. Specific refund language lives in our Terms of Service.

How does seat-based pricing work for the Chrome Extension?

One seat = one logged-in Chrome user. The Standard plan ships with 1 seat at $29/mo. Need more? Add extra seats at $29/mo each straight from your billing page — they take effect immediately and can be removed month-to-month.

What counts as a "vehicle" for tier limits?

A vehicle is one VIN active in your inventory — new or used — at any point during the billing period. We don't double-count VINs that move between statuses (e.g., on-lot to sold). VINs marked sold and removed at the start of the period don't count toward the next period's limit.

What happens when I exceed my limit?

Nothing breaks. When you approach your tier's limit we'll reach out and help you pick the right plan — upgrades take effect immediately. No surprise overage charges, ever.
