What's in the data

Every field you need to model a wholesale sale

Each record is one auction sale, VIN-keyed to the same keyspace as our retail listings feed.

vin — Vehicle identification number, the primary join key across every dataset.
sale_date — The date the vehicle sold at auction.
sale_price — The true close, in USD — what the car actually brought.
mmr — Market reference value for the vehicle at sale time.
mileage — Odometer reading recorded at the lane.
condition_grade — The auction condition grade for the vehicle.
declarations — Seller-disclosed flags, e.g. frame_damage and odometer status.
seller_type — Who consigned the vehicle, e.g. franchise dealer or fleet.

Daily or weekly cadence Keep your models current as new sales post — pick the refresh that fits.

What Makes It Different

Real outcomes, not asking prices

Three things you will notice the first time you compare this to a listings-only feed.

Real sold prices, not asking

Every record is the true close — what the car actually brought at the block, not what someone hoped to get.

Condition and declarations included

Condition grade plus seller declarations — frame and odometer flags — so your model sees the car, not just the number.

Joinable to retail and title data

One VIN keyspace across listings, auctions, and title and history — no crosswalk tables, no manual reconciliation.

How You Buy It

Buy only what you need — clean and ready to use

No all-or-nothing contract and no raw scrape to clean up. Take the exact slice you need, already normalized and ready for your pipeline.

Clean data, not a raw scrape

Every record is normalized, VIN-keyed, deduplicated across sources, and validated — with a documented, versioned schema. It drops straight into your warehouse or training pipeline, with no cleanup pass on your side.

Buy it in pieces

Take the whole dataset or just the slice you need. License one dataset or several combined, as a one-time pull or an ongoing feed — and always start with a sample.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Major wholesale auction venues across the US, normalized to one consistent schema so you do not have to reconcile different formats. Your account team will confirm exact venue coverage for your segment during scoping.

The dataset is updated as sales post, typically weekly. New auction results flow into the same VIN keyspace as the retail listings feed, so downstream joins stay current.

CSV, Parquet, or JSON, delivered to your S3 bucket, Snowflake, BigQuery, or SFTP endpoint. Full history or a filtered slice both work the same way.

Commercial use is covered, including analytics and model training. Some sources carry attribution requirements your account team will identify during the order process.
